1. Publisher of the site and service
The “Siftbox” service is published by: WEBDIGIT srl, registered office at Place de Moulbaix 10, 7812 Moulbaix (Ath), Belgique.
General contact: hello@siftbox.ai. Data protection officer (DPO): Not applicable (no data protection officer appointed).
Registration identifiers: Belgian enterprise number (BCE/KBO) and EU VAT number BE 0647.781.341 (in Belgium, VAT is the BCE number with the BE prefix).
2. Hosting and infrastructure
Technical processing described in the privacy policy relies on: L’application web Siftbox (PHP) et le service de classification (Python) s’exécutent sur un serveur dédié Infomaniak. La base PostgreSQL est hébergée chez OVHcloud (France). Les e-mails transactionnels passent par la messagerie Infomaniak. Redis assure files et cache sur l’infrastructure applicative. L’accès Gmail utilise l’API Google (OAuth) ; Outlook / Microsoft 365 utilise OAuth Microsoft puis IMAP (XOAUTH2), sous consentement de l’utilisateur.
- PostgreSQL database hosted with OVHcloud (France).
- Siftbox web application (PHP) and classification service (Python) on a dedicated Infomaniak server.
- For Gmail accounts: mailbox data access via the Google Gmail API under user control (OAuth) — Google Ireland Limited or the applicable contracting entity per Google.
- For Outlook / Microsoft 365 accounts: Microsoft OAuth, then IMAP sync (XOAUTH2) — Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited or the applicable Microsoft contracting entity.
- Queues and cache: Redis on the application infrastructure.
- Transactional email (password reset, etc.): publisher mail via Infomaniak.
Subprocessors, purposes and related safeguards are described in the privacy policy. Business customers may request a full data processing agreement (DPA).
3. Intellectual property
Elements of the site and service (brand, interface, documentation) are protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited except as allowed by law.
4. Limitation of liability (general)
The service is provided in accordance with contractual commitments and applicable law. The publisher’s liability cannot be engaged for force majeure, improper use or third-party failures (email providers, network, host) beyond its control, within statutory limits.
